Not a practical design

While the finish of the display case is nice, there are several areas that are lacking in its practical design. First, when I received the frame, it had been packed in foam, but one corner of the glass was cracked where it had bumped into the triangular flag frame underneath. Also, the document holder was about 1/4" too small in both width and height, so I had to trim my document to make it fit. The document frame is the same depth as the flag frame (about 2.5") and there is no way to secure the document in the frame. I tried to pin it to the backing, but was unsuccessful. After lots of messing with it, trying to make it work, I decided to return it and purchase a different case.
