The entire inside length is galvanized to prevent rusting while the outside is beautifully finished with a white polyester powder coated painted finish. This pole has an outside diameter of 1 3/8 inches. This is the same US made Colonial kit you will find on our competitors sites at much higher prices. This kit includes a 3ft x 5ft printed superknit polyester American flag (imported), gold vinyl ball ornament, pulley assembly, halyard (rope), cast nylon rope cleat with mounting screws, nylon flag snaps, PVC foundation sleeve, and installation instructions. This product can be installed without expert assistance or a crane. The foundation sleeve must be cemented into the ground to hold the pole vertically. Installation instructions are included.
