Sales Tax
We do not charge sales tax on any orders, except for shipments to the state of PA. PA does not charge sales tax on flags or PA state flags. This was enacted by the Congress of the United States. Hence all US flags, plus most military and historical flags are not taxed. Flagpoles, other states flags, country flags and football flags are taxable, as are all shipping charges, even for US flags.

Canceling/Changing Orders
Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our customer service department, it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. If a delivery attempt is made and a package is refused you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges.

Shipping Rules
Proofread your order carefully. Shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.
If your address is invalid and any correction needs to be made by Online Stores Inc. or any of our carriers, you can be charged an additional fee of $10.00 per package for standard shipping or $15.00 per package for expedited shipping service.

Undeliverable & Refused Packages
If a delivery is refused for any reason, or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order before finalizing.

Refund & Return Policy
WASHING OR DEFACING ANY ITEM PURCHASED FROM ONLINE STORES, INC AUTOMATICALLY CONSTITUTES AS NON-REFUNDABLE NON-RETURNABLE.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee on any large orders that are returned.
FLAGS: Return unused item(s) within 14 days of receipt for full refund LESS shipping/handling fees. State and International flags that you have paid extra to add a pole hem and/or fringe are NON-REFUNDABLE
FLAG CASES: Return unused item(s) within 14 days of receipt for full refund LESS shipping/handling fees and $10 restock fee.
FLAGPOLES: Return unused item(s) within 14 days of receipt for full refund LESS shipping/handling fees. There is a $15 restock fee for all in ground flagpoles. There is no restock fee on indoor and wall mount residential flagpoles.
DEFECTS: Defective items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Online Stores,Inc. will exchange the defective item(s) if reported within 14 days. Some items may have a natural flaw which is not considered a defect. Online Stores, Inc. will not be liable for defective items NOT reported within the 14 day policy.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Special orders are non-refundable/non-returnable. This includes custom items, embroidered, headers, fly end corners, engraving plates, flags that you paid extra to add a pole hem and/or fringe to, and any international or state flags over 5ft x 8ft. Larger flags are not a stock item, they are made to order. Online Stores, Inc. will not be liable or held responsible for misspelled orders placed online by the customer. Please proofread and look over your order before sending it through.
STICK FLAGS: Military, Historical, State & International Stick flags are non-returnable/non-refundable. Stick Flags are not suitable for young children. We try our best to have all the stick flag staffs and tops look alike, however some substitutions may be made in the event we awaiting a shipment to arrive. We reserve the right to make these substitutions.
SHIPPING/HANDLING FEES: Non-refundable.
RE-STOCK FEE: none except for flag cases, were a $10 fee applies, and outdoor in ground flagpoles were a $15 fee applies.
Return Shipping Address:
Please ship all products except large one piece flagpoles to our warehouse.

Shipping Times
Most Standard orders usually ship by the end of the next business day. Expedited orders may ship same day if placed before 1:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)(Effective 02/01/2008) Expedited orders placed after 1:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day for items in stock. We DO NOT ship on the weekends. Expedited orders placed on a Friday after 1:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday. We ship to all US States, US Territories, and to Canada only.
